Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate hands-on care to residents, making a real difference in their daily lives
Assist with personal hygiene, mobility, and vital signs to promote comfort and well-being
Foster warm relationships with patients and team members, creating a positive community atmosphere
Monitor health changes and report to nursing staff, ensuring timely and effective interventions
Maintain clean and safe environments, upholding the highest standards of resident care

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in good standing
Current BLS/CPR certification
At least 1 year of recent CNA experience preferred
Reliable transportation and housing arrangements ready to go

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
State-approved CNA training and certification

Knowledge & Skills

Strong bedside manner and empathy for diverse resident needs
Proficiency in basic clinical procedures and documentation
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with healthcare teams
Adaptability to thrive in dynamic long-term care settings
