Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide expert speech therapy services to 9-10 patients daily across acute care and NICU settings
- Perform modified video swallow studies to assess and treat swallowing disorders
- Support premature infants in the NICU with specialized feeding interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care
- Develop individualized treatment plans that make a real difference in recovery
Qualifications
- Active Speech Language Pathologist license in California
- Experience performing modified barium swallow studies required
- Comfort working with both adult acute care patients and premature infants in the NICU
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
