Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate behavioral health therapy to patients in an acute setting
• Develop individualized treatment plans and set measurable goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate EPIC charting
• Facilitate crisis intervention and debriefing sessions
• Advocate for patient needs and resources
• Participate in unit meetings and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license
• BLS certification (AHA)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in behavioral health
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records
