Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the orthodontist with patient procedures and appliance adjustments
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments for each appointment
• Maintain accurate patient records using Denticon software
• Provide clear instructions to patients on oral hygiene and appliance care
• Coordinate appointment scheduling and manage patient flow efficiently
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications

• Orthodontic certification (required)
• Dental Assistant license or equivalent certification (preferred)
• Prior experience in an orthodontic or dental office
• Strong interpersonal skills and patient‑focused attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced clinical environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of orthodontic procedures and appliances
• Proficiency with dental practice management software (Denticon)
• Understanding of infection control standards
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
