Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care and support the dentist during procedures
• Prepare instruments and maintain a sterile environment
• Manage patient records and ensure smooth clinic flow
• Communicate effectively with patients to promote comfort and confidence

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Dental assisting certification preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Experience with pediatric dentistry is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Dental terminology
• Infection control protocols
• Basic dental procedures
• Patient comfort techniques
• Proficiency with dental software
