Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the orthodontist during all procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment for each patient
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans
• Assist with orthodontic appliance placement and adjustments
• Provide compassionate patient care and education
• Collaborate with the dental team to deliver high-quality orthodontic services

Qualifications

• Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or equivalent
• Orthodontic Certification required
• 1+ year experience in orthodontic or general dental practice preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in orthodontic procedures and appliance handling
• Strong knowledge of infection control and sterilization protocols
• Familiarity with dental software and electronic health records
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
• Attention to detail and organizational abilities
