Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $61 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct independent bedside swallow evaluations and follow-ups
Perform communication evaluations and follow-ups
Administer outpatient standardized tests

Qualifications

SLP (Speech Language Pathologist) certification
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
CCC-SLP certification (no CCC-A accepted)
Experience in Outpatient and Inpatient settings

Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Knowledge & Skills

Strong communication and evaluation skills
Ability to work independently
Knowledge of CommonSpirit and CHI/Dignity facilities
