Shift Type: 40 hours per week, flexible schedule to accommodate home health visits, with meetings twice a month

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Treat patients with various diagnoses, including cardio, pulmonary, orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric conditions
Meet productivity goals of 5-6 patients per day
Maintain accurate records and timesheets for mileage reimbursement
Participate in meetings for timesheet sign-off

Qualifications

Physical Therapy Assistant certification
0-6 months of experience (new grads considered in extreme cases)
2 professional references required

Education

Physical Therapy Assistant program

Knowledge & Skills

Physical therapy skills
Home health experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
