Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM, 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $66 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in a PCU, Oncology, and MedSurg setting
- Titrate drips, including insulin and cardizem
- Monitor and manage patient conditions, including oncology and trauma patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Participate in hourly rounding to improve patient experience
Qualifications
- Current RN license
- 1 year of experience in PCU, Oncology, or MedSurg
- ACLS, BLS, and ONS/ONCC certifications required
- Experience with EPIC EMR and Alaris IV pumps
Education
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical skills in PCU, Oncology, and MedSurg
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management
