Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate bedside care to surgical patients
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans
• Document patient assessments and interventions in the EHR
• Educate patients and families about post‑operative care and recovery

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a current California RN license
• MST certification or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a surgical or acute care setting
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
• Medication administration and IV therapy
• Wound care and dressing changes
• Electronic Health Record (EHR) proficiency
• Team collaboration and interdisciplinary communication
• Critical thinking and clinical decision making
