Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients in need
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
• Monitor and record vital signs to support patient health
• Help with mobility and transfers to ensure safety and comfort
• Maintain a clean, welcoming environment that promotes healing

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in California
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Compassionate and caring nature
• Ability to work flexible per diem shifts
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care and safety protocols
• Skill with vital sign monitoring equipment
• Understanding of infection control and hygiene standards
• Active listening and empathy in patient interactions
• Time management and adaptability in fast-paced settings
