Location: Dyersville, IA

Start Date: 08-24-2026

End Date: 11-22-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM, including every third weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care to patients of all ages
Float to medical-surgical unit as needed to support patient needs
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
Perform thorough assessments, interventions, and documentation
Respond to critical situations with calm and expertise
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions

Qualifications

Active RN license in Iowa or compact state
Current BLS, PALS, ACLS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications
Minimum 1 year of ED experience preferred
Ability to float to medical-surgical unit if needed

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Proficient in emergency procedures and protocols
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Adaptability to fast-paced and unpredictable environments
