Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Full-time NOC shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, including weekends and one holiday

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert ventilator management and support for adult and pediatric patients
Deliver compassionate care in a strong level 2 nursery, including bubble CPAP for neonates 32 weeks and up
Perform ABG draws, BiPAP and ventilator setups, and nebulizer treatments
Assist with intubations and provide standby support for conscious sedation and cardioversion
Collaborate with a dedicated lead therapist and 24/7 hospitalist/intensivist team

Qualifications

Active Washington RT License required
RRT or CRT certification accepted
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
Proven NICU experience with strong level 2 nursery skills
Competency with bubble CPAP and ventilator management

Knowledge & Skills

Ventilator management with PB 980, Philips V60, and Respironics Lumis equipment
Bubble CPAP and BiPAP setup
ABG draws and nebulizer treatments
Conscious sedation and cardioversion standby support
Strong teamwork in a fast-paced inpatient environment
