Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver life-saving respiratory care to adults, pediatrics, and neonates across the facility
- Manage ventilators and high-flow oxygen therapy using advanced Hamilton and Vapotherm equipment
- Perform ABGs and EKGs to support accurate patient assessment and treatment planning
- Assist physicians with intubations and provide critical airway support
- Collaborate with hospitalists and intensivists to optimize patient outcomes
- Rotate through various units while maintaining the highest standards of care
Qualifications
- Current RRT or CRT credential with Kansas state license
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required
- At least 1 year of respiratory therapy experience
- Comfortable working with adults, pediatrics, and neonates
- Strong teamwork skills and willingness to float when agreeable
Knowledge & Skills
- Ventilator management and ABG interpretation
- EKG performance and basic dysrhythmia recognition
- Hamilton and Vapotherm equipment operation
- Neonatal, pediatric, and adult respiratory protocols
- Clear communication and quick decision-making under pressure
