Location: Bismarck, North Dakota

End Date: 09-28-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM and 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $65 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert respiratory care across all patient populations from neonates to geriatrics
Deliver critical support in Level II trauma, NICU, ICU, surgical, medical, and cardiac units
Collaborate closely with physicians to make independent clinical judgments
Operate advanced equipment including Airvo, PB 840, PB 980, Hamilton C1, and V-60 ventilators
Cover all areas throughout the facility including inpatient, outpatient, ER, and rehab settings
Work independently while being a valued member of a multidisciplinary team

Qualifications

Current RRT or CRT credential required
BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
Active North Dakota state respiratory therapy license
Minimum NICU experience required
Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical judgment in neonatal through geriatric care
Proficiency with multiple ventilator platforms and respiratory equipment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Comfort working across diverse clinical settings throughout the facility
