Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate care to patients in home health setting
- Assess and monitor patient conditions with expertise

Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license in New Mexico
- Experience in home health or acute care preferred
- Strong clinical skills and patient-focused approach
- BLS certification required
Education
- RN or LPN nursing degree from accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient assessment and care planning
- Medication administration proficiency
- Home health documentation expertise
- Effective communication with patients and teams
