Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients in an urgent care setting
• Assess, triage, and treat patients with a variety of acute needs
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure smooth clinical operations
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and follow-up care

Qualifications

• Active California RN license
• Previous experience in urgent care, emergency, or similar fast-paced setting
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• BLS certification required

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of urgent care protocols and procedures
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Time management and multitasking in a dynamic environment
