Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional postpartum care to mothers and newborns
• Administer medications such as insulin drips, magnesium, and heparin
• Monitor patient vitals and manage non‑stress tests
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Document care accurately in EMR
• Assist with deliveries and neonatal resuscitation
• Educate families on newborn care and postpartum recovery

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification
• NRP Advanced Provider certification
• Minimum 1 year of postpartum or related nursing experience
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Experience with 1:4 couplet ratio and 3:1/4:1 patient ratios
