Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM and 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care to adult patients on a busy Progressive Care Unit
- Interpret telemetry and titrate drips such as Heparin, Octreotide, and Insulin to support optimal patient outcomes
- Collaborate with a dynamic team of nurses, aides, and support staff to manage frequent admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Float to Med/Surg, ICU, or ED as needed, adapting quickly to diverse patient care situations
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold strict infection-control standards, including the facility's no-artificial-nails policy
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Strong telemetry interpretation and drip-titration skills
- Minimum one year of recent PCU or related acute-care experience preferred
- Valid driver's license for radius verification at submission
