Registered Nurse - PCU
Location: Omaha, Nebraska
Start Date: 06-22-2026
End Date: 09-21-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM and 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend, every third holiday
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate cardiac monitoring and titration of drips for adult and geriatric patients
- Monitor continuous EEG and respond to neurological changes with critical thinking
- Collaborate with the care team to manage patients with cardiac, nephrology, stroke, and diabetes diagnoses
- Float to medical floors, ICU, or rehab units as needed to support excellent patient outcomes
- Maintain a positive attitude and strong communication while problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nebraska or compact license
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Minimum one year of recent PCU or telemetry experience preferred
- Valid driver's license required at time of submittal

- Cardiac monitoring and drip titration expertise
- EEG monitoring proficiency
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
