Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide expert nursing care in the operating room
• Assist surgeons during procedures and support anesthesia teams
• Coordinate patient care with multidisciplinary teams
• Float to other surgery centers in the Denver area as required
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient safety standards

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current Colorado RN license
• BLS and ACLS certification
• Minimum 1 year acute care OR experience
• PEDS experience preferred
• Experience circulating in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Operating room protocols and patient safety
• Anesthesia coordination and monitoring
• Pediatric care and family communication
• Fast-paced environment adaptability
• Documentation and EMR proficiency
