Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:00 AM - 7:00 PM, with approximately 120 hours of call per contract in rotation with staff

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $66 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional perioperative care across a variety of surgical specialties including General, ENT, Neuro, Spine, Ortho, and Robotics
Collaborate with surgeons and the surgical team to ensure safe, efficient procedures
Respond to trauma and neuro cases with confidence and precision
Serve as a reliable resource during call shifts, arriving within 30 minutes when needed
Support new team members during orientation and foster a positive unit culture

Qualifications

Active RN license in Colorado or compact license
BLS certification required
Proven experience in Trauma and Neuro cases
Charge nurse experience preferred
Epic EMR experience a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of operating room protocols and sterile technique
Ability to handle high-volume case loads (average 30 cases per day)
Comfortable floating within Zone 1 facilities when needed
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
