Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional nursing care to adult-geriatric patients in a fast-paced MS/Tele float pool
• Float across multiple facilities within Zone 1 (Colorado Springs area) including Penrose, St. Francis, and more
• Titrate heparin drips and manage telemetry monitoring
• Collaborate with charge nurses and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Adapt quickly to various units including cardiac, neuro, oncology, ortho, and general medicine

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of MS-Tele experience
• Active RN license in Colorado or compact state
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required (AHA)
• Experience with EPIC charting system preferred
• Prior neuro experience is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in telemetry monitoring and interpreting rhythms
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to float and adapt to different units and facility protocols
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
