Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional nursing care to a diverse patient population in a fast-paced MS-Tele float pool
• Float across multiple units and facilities within Zone 3, adapting quickly to different specialties including Cardiac, Neuro, Oncology, Ortho, and more
• Monitor telemetry, titrate heparin drips, and manage patients with various diagnoses
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and positive outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC charting system
• Serve as a resource and support for colleagues during each shift

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of MS-Telemetry nursing experience required
• Active RN license in Colorado or compact state
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA)
• NIHSS certification required
• Experience with EPIC charting system
• Must be willing to float throughout a 60-mile zone in the Denver area

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong telemetry and cardiac monitoring skills
• Ability to titrate IV drips such as heparin
• Flexibility and adaptability to float between different units and facilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Prior neuro experience preferred
• Comfortable with high-acuity patients and rapid changes
