Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to medical-surgical and cardiac patients
• Monitor vital signs and cardiac rhythms, responding quickly to changes in patient status
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families on condition management, medication regimens, and recovery
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold the highest safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• Active RN license (license and certificate verification required)
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Completion of Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing and Skills Checklist
• Ability to meet facility health requirements including physical, drug screen, and immunizations

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Cardiac rhythm recognition and interpretation
• Medication administration expertise
• Patient and family education

• Accurate documentation and EHR proficiency
