Candidate Pay Rate: $54 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate care for laboring and antepartum patients
• Circulate in OBED and assist during C-sections and other procedures
• Provide skilled fetal monitoring and respond to high-risk situations
• Collaborate with a dynamic team in a fast-paced, supportive environment
• Ensure safe, compassionate care for patients across the labor and delivery spectrum

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Texas or compact state
• Minimum 1 year of recent Labor and Delivery experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
• Intermediate Fetal Monitoring (Int. FM) certification required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in CPN and Meditech EMR systems
• Skilled in managing high-risk antepartum and COVID-positive patients
• Expertise in C-section circulation, cerclage, BTL, and D&C procedures
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
