Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-acuity care to medical-surgical and intermediate care patients
Monitor critical vitals and respond swiftly to changes in patient condition
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create individualized care plans
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
Administer medications and interventions with precision and empathy
Document patient progress thoroughly to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

Active RN license in Massachusetts or compact state
Minimum 1-2 years of recent IMC or step-down experience preferred
BLS and ACLS certifications required (both from AHA)
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced travel assignment
Strong communication and teamwork skills to hit the ground running

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in cardiac monitoring and telemetry interpretation
Skilled in ventilator management and post-op care
Comfortable with electronic health records and charting systems
Expertise in IV therapy and blood product administration
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex patients
