Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-level critical care to ICU patients with complex needs
• Continuously assess patient status and respond quickly to changes
• Administer medications and treatments while monitoring for effectiveness
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and the care team to deliver coordinated care
• Adapt quickly to different ICU units and patient populations as part of the flex pool
• Support and educate patients and families during intensive care stays

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Iowa or compact state
• Current BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications
• Experience in ICU or critical care nursing
• Ability to float across ICU units as needed
• Completion of Trinity specialty competency testing and skills checklist
• Commitment to facility health and immunization requirements
