Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead critical care patients through complex medical scenarios
• Manage ventilators and advanced hemodynamic monitoring
• Perform bedside procedures such as chest tube insertion and intubations
• Document patient care accurately in Cerner
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
• Serve as a charge nurse during day and night shifts
• Provide mentorship and support to staff nurses

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience in a large facility
• BLS and ACLS certification
• Proficiency in ventilator management and critical care pharmacology
• Strong critical thinking and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexible 12‑hour shifts with alternate weekend coverage
