Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, comprehensive care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and hemodynamic status, intervening promptly when changes occur
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and titrate vasoactive drips as ordered
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Operate and manage advanced equipment such as ventilators, CRRT, and hemodynamic monitoring devices
• Educate and support patients and families through complex medical situations
• Document patient assessments and interventions accurately

Qualifications

• Active RN license required
• BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications required
• Previous ICU or critical care experience preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and every other weekend

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong critical thinking and rapid assessment skills
• Knowledge of ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring
• Proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Comfortable using electronic health records
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
