Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients of all ages
• Assess, plan, and implement patient care plans in a fast-paced ER
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and responses to interventions
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge instructions

Qualifications

• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Minimum of 1 year of ER nursing experience preferred
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong critical thinking and multitasking skills in a dynamic environment

Knowledge & Skills

• In-depth knowledge of emergency nursing protocols and procedures
• Proficient in EMR documentation systems
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
