Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care to patients in their homes
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
• Document care provided accurately and timely

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in California
• Valid CPR certification
• At least 6 months of experience in home health or long-term care preferred
• Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes in Los Angeles area
