Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care to a diverse patient population
• Perform IV starts, EKG monitoring, Foley insertions, and splinting procedures
• Administer medications and manage wound care with precision and compassion
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and prioritize care in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with a seasoned team of healthcare professionals to ensure positive outcomes
• Utilize Meditech EMR for accurate documentation and communication

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of current acute care Emergency Room RN experience
• Active RN license in Colorado or compact state (NLC)
• Current BLS, ACLS, NIH, PALS, TNCC, and ENPC certifications
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, positive culture
• Experience in a large hospital setting preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in emergency nursing procedures: IV therapy, EKG interpretation, wound care, and more
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR is a plus
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Adaptability to varying patient acuity and fast-paced environment
