Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ED setting
• Perform triage, assessment, and patient stabilization
• Administer conscious sedation and monitor patient responses
• Apply splinting and other orthopedic interventions as needed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
• Document patient information accurately in Meditech EMR

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Colorado or compact state
• Minimum 1 year of recent ED RN experience in an acute care hospital
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIH certifications required
• ENPC certification preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in emergency nursing and triage
• Proficiency in patient assessment and critical thinking
• Experience with conscious sedation and splinting
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask in a high-stress environment
