Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead clinical informatics initiatives to improve patient care workflows
- Collaborate with nursing teams to optimize electronic health record systems
- Train staff on new healthcare technologies and documentation practices
- Analyze clinical data to enhance quality and safety outcomes
- Bridge the gap between bedside care and digital health solutions
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Alaska or compact state
- Clinical informatics experience preferred
- Strong computer and EHR system skills
- Excellent communication and teaching abilities
