Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic radiologic imaging procedures with precision and compassion
• Prepare and position patients for X-ray exams, explaining the process to ease any anxiety
• Operate and maintain radiology equipment, ensuring safety and proper functioning
• Follow strict radiation safety protocols to protect patients and staff
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to provide accurate results

Qualifications

• Active ARRT certification in Radiography (or registry-eligible)
• Missouri state radiologic technologist license
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Previous experience as a Rad Tech is a plus, but new grads encouraged to apply
• Strong attention to detail and patient care skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in X-ray and imaging equipment operation
• Knowledge of anatomy and proper patient positioning
• Understanding of radiation safety and infection control
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
