Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures with compassion and precision
• Prepare and position patients for imaging, ensuring their comfort and safety
• Operate advanced radiologic equipment while following strict radiation safety protocols
• Collaborate with radiologists and the healthcare team to capture optimal images
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation
• Contribute to a warm, healing environment for patients and families

Qualifications

• Current ARRT certification as a Radiologic Technologist
• Active Missouri state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Experience in diagnostic radiology; pediatric experience is a plus
• Strong patient care and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in radiologic imaging techniques and equipment
• Knowledge of radiation safety and ALARA principles
• Understanding of anatomy and patient positioning for optimal imaging
• Experience using electronic health records and PACS
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills for connecting with patients and families
