Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures to assist in accurate patient diagnosis
• Position patients and ensure their safety and comfort during imaging exams
• Operate radiologic equipment while following strict radiation safety protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to optimize patient care plans
• Maintain detailed patient records and ensure imaging equipment is properly maintained

Qualifications

• Active ARRT certification as a Radiologic Technologist
• Current state licensure in Pennsylvania or eligibility to obtain
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Prior experience in diagnostic radiology preferred
• Strong patient care skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of radiographic positioning and imaging techniques
• Proficiency with X-ray and fluoroscopy equipment
• Knowledge of radiation safety and infection control standards
• Ability to explain imaging procedures to patients in a reassuring manner
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills
• Comfort working independently and as part of a collaborative team
