Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, quality care to patients and residents
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Document care provided accurately and timely
• Help maintain a safe and clean environment
• Follow facility policies including wearing a photo badge at all times

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant certification
• Current BLS or CPR certification preferred
• Ability to pass background check and provide state or federal ID
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and good observation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of basic patient care principles
