Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely as ordered
• Monitor and document residents' vital signs, symptoms, and responses to care
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to implement individualized care plans
• Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting independence and dignity
• Respond promptly to changes in resident condition and communicate effectively with the care team

Qualifications

• Current and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatric nursing preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work a per diem schedule with reliable availability
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
