Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor patient vital signs and document health changes
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement care plans
• Educate patients and families on health and wellness

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Pennsylvania
• BLS certification required
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus
• Strong clinical and critical thinking abilities
• A caring, patient-centered approach to care

Knowledge & Skills

• Medication administration and dosage calculations
• Wound care and infection control practices
• Electronic medical records (EMR) charting
• Patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
• Effective communication and teamwork
