Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate bedside care to patients, ensuring comfort and safety
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, with precision and care
• Monitor and document vital signs, reporting changes to the healthcare team
• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
• Collaborate with nurses and physicians to deliver personalized care plans
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-care instructions

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible per diem shifts as needed
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of nursing principles and practices
• Proficiency in taking vital signs and administering medications
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
