Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations to guide patient recovery
Establish personalized plans of care that make a real difference
Collaborate with the rehab team on patient progress and discharge planning
Assist with rounds and care conferences to ensure seamless care
Communicate frequently about equipment needs and patient goals
Deliver treatments in rooms, hallways, outdoor areas, and the gym

Qualifications

Active NC Physical Therapy license
CPR certification required
At least 2 years of experience, preferably 3+ in hospital or nursing home settings

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Hospital and nursing home rehab experience
Strong team communication for optimal patient outcomes
Proficiency with Cerner and NetHealth documentation systems
Adaptability to float across acute, swing, nursing home, and outpatient services
