Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other rehabilitation specialists
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home care programs
• Participate in multidisciplinary care conferences to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Active Missouri physical therapy license or eligibility to obtain one
• Experience in pediatric physical therapy preferred
• Current CPR/BLS certification required
• Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of pediatric physical therapy assessments and interventions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• Proficiency with electronic health records and documentation
• Ability to adapt treatment plans to meet individual patient needs
