Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy assessments and treatments for pediatric patients
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to improve mobility, strength, and function
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to ensure coordinated patient care
• Document patient progress accurately and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home care strategies
• Maintain a safe, compassionate, and encouraging treatment environment

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Oregon
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Experience in pediatric physical therapy is strongly preferred
• New graduates with pediatric clinical rotations are encouraged to apply
• Ability to work per diem hours as needed

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical evaluation and treatment planning skills
• Knowledge of pediatric developmental milestones and rehabilitation techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
