Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy assessments and treatments for pediatric patients
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to improve mobility, strength, and function
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to ensure coordinated patient care
- Document patient progress accurately and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home care strategies
- Maintain a safe, compassionate, and encouraging treatment environment
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in Oregon
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Experience in pediatric physical therapy is strongly preferred
- New graduates with pediatric clinical rotations are encouraged to apply
- Ability to work per diem hours as needed
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical evaluation and treatment planning skills
- Knowledge of pediatric developmental milestones and rehabilitation techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
