Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients and their families
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated healthcare
• Assess patient conditions and document observations accurately
• Adapt quickly to changing patient needs and unit demands
• Uphold safety protocols and infection control standards

Qualifications

• Current, active Washington State professional license (or compact license where applicable)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• At least 1 year of recent clinical experience in a hospital setting preferred
• Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, pediatric environment
• Flexible and adaptable to changing assignments
