Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat 9-11 patients daily with personalized care plans
- Help patients recover from orthopedic surgeries and joint replacements
- Address vestibular and neurological conditions with evidence-based interventions
- Collaborate with PTA team members to maximize patient outcomes
- Document progress using Cerner EMR system
- Create meaningful connections while improving quality of life
Qualifications
- Current California Physical Therapy license required
- BLS certification needed
- Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
- Comfortable treating diverse patient populations including ortho, neuro, and vestibular cases
Knowledge & Skills
- Outpatient physical therapy expertise
- Strong assessment and treatment planning abilities
- Excellent communication with patients and team members
- Cerner EMR documentation skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with PTAs
