Physical Therapist - Outpatient
Location: Prescott, Arizona
Start Date: 06-29-2026
End Date: 09-28-2026
Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, hours may vary between 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, typically 8-hour shifts
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional outpatient physical therapy care to a diverse patient population
- Treat 8-10 patients per day focusing on general ortho, neuro, BPPV, vestibular, and fall prevention
- Develop personalized treatment plans for a large geriatric population
- Document patient progress using EMR systems
- Collaborate with PTAs and rehab techs to deliver comprehensive care
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in Arizona
- Minimum 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience
- BLS and CPR certification required
- EMR experience preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Outpatient physical therapy expertise
- Experience with general ortho, neuro, BPPV, and vestibular conditions
- EMR documentation proficiency
- Geriatric patient care experience
- Fall prevention and balance training
