Location: Fort Morgan, CO

Start Date: 06-08-2026

End Date: 09-07-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (4 10-hour days), flexible scheduling with occasional weekend on-call

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy services to pediatric and adult patients in an outpatient setting
Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans
Implement and document patient care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Participate in department-specific orientation and training

Qualifications

Current PT license in Colorado
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
At least 1 year of experience in physical therapy, preferably with pediatric patients
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Physical Therapy degree

Knowledge & Skills

Physical therapy techniques and modalities
Pediatric and adult patient care
Assessment and treatment planning
Documentation and communication skills
