Shift Type: Rotating shifts including 0630-1830 and 1830-0630, every other weekend and 2 out of 3 major holidays

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ICU setting
Titrate drips and manage RT equipment
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Utilize critical thinking skills to prioritize patient needs and make sound judgments
Participate in unit-specific orientation and ongoing education

Qualifications

2 years of recent ICU experience
Current RN licensure
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Critical thinking and problem-solving
Titration of drips and RT equipment management
Effective communication and teamwork
Patient assessment and prioritization
